Today we face several problems in our society.   We face poverty, homelessness, Joblessness,  racial division and government overreach.   We are a nation subjected, or more subjugated to a rule of the elite class.

In our society we are supposedly a free nation,  with our God given rights defined in our constitution, again I focus on the GOD GIVEN rights, not privileges given to us by our Government.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of it’s victims may be the most oppressive. — C.S. Lewis

We live in a nanny state today.  Our Federal government has taken it upon themselves to keep us from our selves.  Draconian laws being put in place that manage our food supplies, how we receive water, electricity and even clean air.   Just last month, a City in Maryland passed a law to tax people for rain, the natural process of rain.    Many people ask why they would want to control clean air, water, access to your own back yard?    Its simple, follow the money.   The Government is no longer of the people, for the people and by the people, but instead it is run by private corporate interests, and if you dig deep enough, you will see names like George Soreos and others that are corporate moguls that aren’t even citizens of these United States.

Instead they, the corporations see Americans as a resource, a cog, if you will to help the money machine.  They keep us oblivious to reality, they try to dumb us down with false stories and meaningless rhetoric of following an unattainable celebrity lifestyle.

Instead of garnering self worth and  personal responsibility, they foster entitlement and Government reliability.     They pass laws protecting us from ourselves, you cant buy a coke over the size of 40 oz., you cant have transfats, you cant send your own kids to school with a lunch unless it meets the guidelines set forth by your nanny, the Government.

Now you cant speak up, you cant call out the Elite because you have no credentials as a journalist.  In other words, you arent part of their machine.  “Whats to stop a 17 year old high school drop out from buying a website and reporting news, that isnt a journalist” — Diane Feinstein, December 2013.    She and the others want to nullify your right to speak out, make it illegal to speak up.  But why?  They cant control a citizen journalist, they cant bully their bosses into firing you.  They cant sanction you or your station and apply pressure to have you silenced.  So whats next?  They pass litigation to silence the public.  Now with the NDAA that has been passed, fi you do it enough, you could be deemed a rebel rouser, problem starter and a terrorist.  Then you are taken away w/o due process.  You see where I am going with this?

Please, as a nation, as a people, liberal, conservative, American it doesnt matter, NEVER stop asking question!  Never stop holding your elected official accountable!   Never stop exposing the truth!  Use your voice!  Stand up, speak out!

Sen. Feinstein wants to restrict the first amendment.

Sen. Feinstein wants to restrict the first amendment.

The bill she is wanting to pass, would make it illegal for a un-credentialed journalist, meaning you, me or anyone else that doesnt work for their state controlled media outlets to publish information or rhetoric about the government.  In essence it is a gag order to the American people to control our ability to speak out.

Job Growth Weakest in Three Years as Unemployment Falls to 6.7 Percent.

Again, read these updates. These are the truths, not the spin coming from the media or the administration.

Rivers of Hope

U.S. employers hired the fewest workers in almost three years in December, but the setback was likely to be temporary amid signs that cold weather conditions might have had an impact.

Nonfarm payrolls rose only 74,000 last month, the smallest increase since January 2011, and the unemployment rate fell 0.3 percentage point to 6.7 percent, the Labor Department said on Friday. The unemployment rate was the lowest since October 2008 and mostly reflected people leaving the labor force.

The step back in hiring is at odds with other employment indicators that have painted an upbeat picture of the jobs market. The data showed that 38,000 more jobs were added in November than previously reported.

The Terrible, Awful, January Jobs Report

Get this information out there! Educate yourself, DO NOT fall in step with the lies coming from this administration!

American Glob

The good news? The unemployment rate has gone down to 6.7%.

The bad news? It only went down because the number of people who have left the job force has risen to historic levels.

Here’s a chart from The Federalist which shows what the real unemployment rate looks like.

Here’s more from Zero Hedge…

People Not In Labor Force Soar To Record 91.8 Million; Participation Rate Plunges To 1978 Levels

Curious why despite the huge miss in payrolls the unemployment rate tumbled from 7.0% to 6.7%? The reason is because in December the civilian labor force did what it usually does in the New Normal: it dropped from 155.3 million to 154.9 million, which means the labor participation rate just dropped to a fresh 35 year low, hitting levels not seen since 1978, at 62.8% down from 63.0%.

Expect Obama and Democrats to “pivot” back…

An Ugly December Jobs Report

Interesting to see this, seeing as they are planning on touting that jobs are the strongest ever in the STOTU speech in two weeks. I wonder what lies they are spinning about our GDP?

Leo McNeil

The December jobs report came out and it is dreadful. Only 74,000 jobs were created last month. Keep in mind we need 150,000 jobs created every month just to keep up with population growth. Miraculously though the unemployment rate dropped from 7.0% to 6.7%. How did the Federal government manage that? By removing over 500,000 people from the workforce. In order to lower the unemployment rate and give Obama a good economic talking point, the administration simply removed half a million pesky long term unemployed people. We now have over 92 million adults out of the labor force. Anyone who thinks he economy is on track is out of their mind.

For every new job created, five people were discouraged enough to leave the labor force. On January 1st the Detroit Red Wings hosted a hockey game that attracted 105,000 fans. That’s 31,000 more than the number of…

Obama Isn’t That Bad

This is good information for you to read.

Libertarian Dude

Last night my friend declared “Come on, Obama isn’t that Bad!”.

No, I disagree. Obama really is “that bad”.  We have not seen an across the board failure in policy this bad since the Cater administration.

“One of the great mistakes is to judge policies and programs by their intentions rather than their results.”
― Milton Friedman

Invoking the wisdom of Friedman, lets look at some of the results. A few days ago I read a this post about 83 Numbers from 2013 that “are too crazy to believe”.  Let’s consider a few highlights:

  • An all time record 102 million Americans do not have a job.
  • An record high 49.2% Americans receive money from the government.
  • The six largest banks in the United States (JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley) have collectively gotten 37 percent larger over the past five years.
  • According to…

In the wake of war.

Nothing is free, all things are bought with a price.   As a society we forget that we are afforded the liberty to work as we choose, to practice whatever religion we choose, to speak our minds, when we choose.    We are allowed to love who we choose, walk across the street if we choose and live as we choose.

We often take for granted these liberties and forget the reasons why we have them.   We forget the blood that was shed for our freedoms.   The men and women who have fought hard and died or who have come home and are dying every day.   In the wake of these things, we leave widows and widowers, we leave children without a parent, either mom or dad.   We leave broken families and lives and dreams shattered.

We forget that our sons and daughters are sent to far off places to fight and defend our freedoms.   And in all of these, we see our government leaders in Washington doing nothing but finger pointing.   Our elected leadership, doing nothing but pointing fingers.   How do we live to honor those that have lost their lives?  How do we show our respect to those that have come home with a broken body, mind and/or spirit?   Do we send a message to our veterans that their sacrifice was in vain, by electing people that are willing to take away hard earned benefits?    That are willing to cut spending to provide for these men and women a place to heal their broken bodies and minds?    What message do we send that soldier, marine, sailor or airman that is right now, as we speak in harms way, when we turn a blind eye toward the lies, deceit and lack of caring in our government?     Do we tell them that we love them and thank them for all they do?    Well, by our actions we dont.  Instead we tell them we could care less that they are in a place where they could be killed, injured or lost.  They give their lives to provide the very blanket of freedom we enjoy,  willing to go face our enemies and die if required, yet we cant hold our government, their task masters, accountable for ignore them?    What would happen if tomorrow our military forces decided to protect us with the same actions that we have shown to protect them?    What would happen if they chose to act like we do as a nation?  Would we still have these freedoms?  I think not.  But they live by an ethos, a commitment and an oath they took.  We live by our own selfish desires.

You could ask me, what do we do?  And I will tell you, you vote.  You get involved, you make sure these empty suits, in DC, are removed.  You demand your elected delegates to cease these actions against our veterans and if they choose to ignore you and our veterans, you push to have them recalled.

We as a nation must rise up and protect our most vulnerable.  No, not those that are on welfare and sucking the government tit, those that are sent off to war and are broken by the pains of combat.     We should demand that all veterans should be afforded the benefits that they have EARNED.    Why do we expect our men in women in uniform to lay their lives down for us, yet do nothing but act complacent to policies that ignore and deny them of the things that they earned?  Why do we allow raises in foodstamps, TANF and SNAP but dont say a word when we heard pension from our service people are being cut?    Why do we stand by and watch the government give away free healthcare and medicien to legions of people that do nothing for society, but turn their backs on those that fight to defend our nation?  Why?

Look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself that.

Would we be okay as a nation if our uniformed people gave as much effort to defending us, as we gave to them, protecting their future.

GO VOTE! 2014 is a time for change!  VOTE THEM ALL OUT!
